Return Policy

With the original sales receipt, returns will be accepted for refund in like-new condition within 14 days of delivery less a 20% re-stocking fee and labor costs incurred on residential products only (products used in the home). Products used in a commercial setting are not refundable. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts, and accessories. For items shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product.

Restrictions 

Please ensure that the returned product is still in its original condition and meets the conditions for resale. Specifically, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product is in good condition, with no scratches, wear, damage, bumps, or visible signs of use, and maintains its original quality and function;
  • The outer packaging of the product is complete;
  • All included accessories must be complete.

If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, Orijin Fitness reserves the right to refuse the return request, and the buyer shall bear any related shipping costs.

Defective Products or Seller-Related Issues

If you believe the product is defective or needs to be returned due to seller-related reasons, Orijin Fitness will provide return service, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product has significant defects such as serious scratches, damage, or loss of function, preventing it from maintaining its original quality;
  • The outer packaging is severely damaged;
  • The issue is due to the seller (including but not limited to shipping the wrong product or failure to deliver on time).

Please submit a return request within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests beyond 14 days may still be considered depending on the situation.

Tip: If you receive a package with damaged or opened outer packaging, please take photos or videos and include them with your return request.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by disassembly, repair, or misuse by the customer;
  • Damage resulting from improper use;
  • Products not sold by Orijin Fitness;
  • Any other conditions exempt from warranty liability under applicable laws.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
  • If the return is due to seller-related reasons, Orijin Fitness will cover the return shipping costs.
